Our Leadership

Monika Cross | CEO & Founder

Our founder and CEO, Monika Cross, began her endeavors towards Office Work Done at 15 years old. As a young adult looking for work, she began learned medical billing and coding from a relative who needed some assistance submitting medical insurance claims. Before long she had a small group of recurring clients from physicians to small churches. During her undergraduate years at Georgia State University, she branded herself as Secretary To Go. 

Since then, she was worked in an administrative capacity in various fields. Her varied experience is what made her adaptable and flexible.  So much so, that she developed the tag line, “Taking Care of the Business That Runs Your Business.  After the birth of her second son, she turned her side hustle into her main hustle and Office Work Done was born. That was over 15 years ago and now takes the reigns at Office Work Done, helping businesses and professionals nationwide. 

Outside of Office Work Done, Monika is passionate about helping entrepreneurial woman achieve their goals and dreams. She created Monday Night Motivations: Networking & Inspiration for Entrepreneurial Women to do just that.
